What You'll Do
* Own acquisition strategy across Meta, PPC, SEO and new channels
* Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team
* Optimise £500K+ monthly budgets with creative-led campaigns
* Oversee experimentation, creative testing and channel diversification
* Dive into campaign execution when needed
* Collaborate with product, data and brand teams to improve full-funnel performance
* Build scalable systems for attribution, reporting, and growth
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience in DTC/B2C performance marketing
* Deep Meta expertise with a creative-first mindset
* Proven ability to lead strategy and execution at scale
* Experience managing large budgets and senior-level reports
* Strong understanding of SEO, CRO and analytics
* Background in both agency and in-house environments
Nice to Have
* Experience in healthcare, subscriptions or regulated industries
* Track record scaling startups in D2C/B2C markets
