Join our dynamic Personal Wellbeing services, commissioned by HMPPS, and help support adult male ex-offenders across four key pathways:

3. Emotional Wellbeing Services
4. Social Inclusion
As a Wellbeing Practitioner – Prison Lead, you will manage a caseload of service users, conducting assessments and delivering one-to-one and group interventions. You’ll work in close collaboration with HMPPS, voluntary organizations, and other justice partners to help individuals rehabilitate, reduce risks, and build better futures.
You will be based at one of our hubs with regular travel across your designated cluster. Available hubs: Tottenham, Croydon, Romford, Canning Town, Kings Cross, Brixton, Ealing, and Lewisham. (Please indicate your preferred base in your application.)
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:

8. Organised and detail-oriented: Capable of managing a caseload, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
9. Impact-driven: Passionate about supporting individuals to make positive life changes.
Essential:
10. Basic education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
12. Evidence of continual professional development.
Desirable:
13. Relevant qualifications in criminology, social care, mental health, or similar fields.
