About the Role The talent management function of the Global IBEN department supports the delivery of quality services to schools across all four IB programmes globally through talent acquisition, quality assurance and allocation of educators to suitable IB events. The IBEN department plays a strategic role to progress business growth, supporting it in its present and future goals. This position supports educators both on-site and remotely, working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the IBEN network. The jobholder is responsible for assigning educators to events and contributing to the recruitment and training to ensure IBEN possess the necessary qualifications, experience, and skills. The role also involves being responsible for the maintenance of all data systems related to IBEN, ensuring that these records are accurate, up-to-date, and managed with the utmost efficiency ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements. In this role, the jobholder upholds the values of the IB and contributes to the promotion and implementation of it’s mission. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Where appropriate, assign educators to IBEN assignments within agreed SLAs. Share event information with IBEN and relevant teams. Manage all IBEN within applicable legal, financial regulations and IB policies. Data entry and maintenance to ensure accuracy. IBEN queries closed in line with organizational KPIs. Support projects and initiatives by providing data and information. Work with project teams to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the recruitment of IBEN to ensure all IB services to schools can be delivered. Ensure all stages of each application process are completed to agreed standards and timelines. Share accurate information with other teams and departments to support recruitment of IBEN. Positive feedback collated and provided regarding process improvements. Provide data and information to support future planning and continuous improvement. Qualifications About You Essential: Where appropriate, assign educators to IBEN assignments within agreed SLAs. Provide data and information to support future planning and continuous improvement. Desirable: Demonstrable educational experience, some of which ideally in a professional development capacity. A good working knowledge of the IB and its programmes, either centrally or in the regions Ability to work in French and/or Spanish.
