The successful applicant will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of IT systems and services, working alongside a passionate and knowledgeable team. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Create and manage user account across systems. Perform regular system back ups and patching for security compliance. Build, install and configure PCs and Laptops. Resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain clear documentation while supporting cyber security best practices. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,704 - £25,296 per annum. Excellent communication skills, ability to work with people from across the business. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work as part of a team. Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
