Production Operative
Salary: £12.21 – £13.68 per hour
Location: Droitwich
Hours: Monday to Thursday | 06:00am – 06:00pm

Due to a significant period of growth, they are expanding their production team and are looking for reliable, motivated Production Operatives to support the continued success of the business.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and despatch process, ensuring extruded rubber and plastic products are handled, prepared, and delivered to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the handling and movement of extruded rubber and plastic products
Picking, packing, and preparing finished products for despatch
Labelling, checking, and quality‑inspecting products to meet company standards
Loading and unloading pallets and materials safely and efficiently
Supporting production lines to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following all health & safety and quality procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work long shifts and as part of a close‑knit team
Willingness to learn and develop within a growing manufacturing business
