Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a Design and Engineering firm based in London to recruit an immediate, interim Bookkeeper for a 12 month contract.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Bookkeeper for a 12 month contract.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Daily bookkeeping duties and data entry
* Maintain accurate records using double-entry principles
* Perform daily bank reconciliations
* Process and post invoices (approx. 300-400 per month)
* Monitor and respond to finance queries via the accounts inbox
* Chase debtors and manage credit control
* Assist with month-end tasks including:
Bank reconciliations / Credit card reconciliations / Supplier reconciliations
* System: Xero
Profile:
The successful interim Bookkeeper will have a minimum of 2 years experience, ideally be studying AAT or working towards qualification and have strong debits and credit experience.
You must be on no more than a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a global Design and Engineering firm based in London who are looking to recruit an immediate interim Bookkeeper. Whilst this is a contract role, this role has the potential to convert to a permanent contract.
Please note that the successful candidate will be based 5 days per week in the office.
Salary & Benefits:
This interim Bookkeeper role will be paying circa £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
