What's involved with this role: Job Title: Tenant Liaison Officer Ref: Nuneaton 5271117 Pay rate: £16.92 per hour PAYE Must hold a current driving license and have access to a motor vehicle, which will be used for visiting tenants at their homes. The role: An experienced and competent Tenant Liaison Officer is needed to develop, lead and co-ordinate actions required in order to service and maintain housing assets by way of positive promotion of major works programmes. The main purpose of this role is to liaise with tenants whose properties have become difficult to access for repairs and maintenance works. You will work with the team to gain access and ensure works are carried out. You will establish working relationships with tenants & leaseholders based on trust and mutual respect.
