Role Overview This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils aged 11–16 who require consistency, structure, and positive relationships to succeed in education. Key Responsibilities Supporting learning and emotional regulation within the classroom Working with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis Supporting behaviour plans and interventions Helping create a safe, engaging learning environment Essential Criteria Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH pupils Ability to build strong, professional relationships with young people Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Commitment to a full-time, long-term role Why Apply?
