This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in the office. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and analytical Planner with strong knowledge of demand and supply chain planning. The role will be responsible for executing planning activities for the manufacture and supply of materials and finish goods to meet customer demand. Responsibilities Executing accurate and efficient demand, supply, manufacturing and distribution plans across the whole of Operations Track activities through supply chain and manufacturing Monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability Minimise the impact of supply chain shortages, through effective forecasting; facilitating recovery plans where required Proactive ‘hands-on’ management balancing near term demand and supply across all geographical regions targeting zero disruption to surgical activities Understanding and assessing impact of change control process across operations, as well as facilitation of the implementation Take an active role in the Netsuite (ERP) development in the Operations function Identifying and implementing continuous improvements initiatives within the end to end supply chain. We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Logistics remit that helps the team deliver its objectives. About you To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be: Degree in an appropriate discipline or relevant professional experience in Planning Experience working with ERPs (preferably Netsuite or SAP) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis) Change management experience Be a self-starter, who is resilient with strong planning skills A persistent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Ability to manage your own projects whilst working in a team High attention to detail At CMR we’re building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace; what matters most to us is that you identify with our values and are passionate about making a difference.
