An well performing special school is seeking an experienced Interim Deputy Headteacher to support the Headteacher with operational leadership. This is a hands-on senior leadership role within a complex behavioural environment. The school supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, alongside additional SEND profiles. A visible, confident and relational leadership style is essential.
