A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Watford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive team with immediate effect.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing teaching and learning across the school, leading lessons where required and delivering targeted support to help pupils achieve their best.
The successful candidate will:
* Hold HLTA status or have relevant qualifications and substantial primary school experience
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Be confident delivering whole-class lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Lead small group interventions to raise attainment and support progress
* Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
* Work effectively as part of a collaborative and dedicated team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
