House Manager role for an UHNWI in the West End
About Our Client
The client is an UHNWI who splits time between London and the UAE. They are a married couple with 4 children, 2 of whom are studying in the UK.
Job Description
* Managing the day-to-day operations
* Coordinating with event planners to ensure all arrangements are made for special events
* Coordinating with the purchase team to ensure all supplies needed are delivered on time
* Ensuring that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
* Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
* Ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly
* Supervising daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well kept at all times
* Supervising security team
* Flexibility to work during weekends
* Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
* Providing banquet services as needed
The Successful Applicant
* Experience as a House Manager for an HNWI or UHNWI
* Hospitality background, ideally in a top hotel or with experience organizing large banquets
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Highly professional demeanor
