We’re looking for a senior-level photolithography expert with deep technical experience in compound semiconductor manufacturing, specifically around Indium Phosphide (InP) photonic devices. Drive process control, defect analysis, and reliability improvements across wafers and runs.
Guide engineering teams and contribute hands-on to cleanroom process execution.
Research and apply emerging lithography techniques and photoresist technologies.
Ensure alignment of R&D projects with technical and strategic goals.
PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related.
~12+ years of hands-on experience in photolithography for compound semiconductors or photonics.
~ Deep understanding of InP photonics, optoelectronic devices, and semiconductor processing.
~ This is a permanent, on-site role in Ipswich
