We have a rare opportunity as a Store Manager for a reputable self storage company within their North West London stores. You will be responsible for maximising growth and profitability with the store teams, marketing and selling storage space whilst ensuring a safe working environment.

Store Manager Duties such as:
Manage small teams and carry out personal development meetings
Motivate, coach and support others to enable them to achieve their best
Assist with recruitment, training, continual development and ensure fair staff rotas
Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer
Manage and record all enquiries to provide excellent customer service
Identify opportunities for increasing storage occupancy and revenue
Ensure a Marketing Plan is in place to achieve the store financial targets
Design and carry out marketing and sales activity plans
Monitor and improve conversion rates and mystery shop scores
Ensure compliance with company operational and financial procedures
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and up to date
Identify any store repair & maintenance issues, report and follow up
Ensure the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours a week max.
5 days a week
Occasional weekend availability required
Earliest start is usually 7.30am, latest finish is 6pm
