Teaching Personnel are supporting a busy secondary school in Fleet seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates wanting to gain hands-on classroom experience and develop their skills in a school environment.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining learning continuity, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.

The Role:
* Supervise classes following pre-prepared lessons and resources
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom
* Support students across a wide range of subjects and abilities
* Provide cover for absent teachers while ensuring students remain on task
* Report on student progress and behaviour to teaching staff

* Graduates or individuals looking to start a career in education
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Reliable, proactive, and confident working with secondary-aged students
* Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different classroom environments
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
