This role
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced care and support worker to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting individuals with learning disabilities to maintain independence.
2. Managing support plans and liaising with relevant parties.
3. Encouraging social participation and community involvement.
Previous experience as a support worker, along with basic literacy and IT skills, is essential. Our services operate 24 hours a day in supported housing environments.
To ensure safety and high-quality service, an enhanced DBS check, including the Adult Barred list, will be conducted upon offer of employment, with rechecks every three years.

Experience with medication management and safeguarding is preferred.
