As Head of Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing a high-impact marketing and sales strategy. With a strong focus on digital marketing, international expansion and new revenue streams, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious growth targets. You’ll lead a talented team, improving systems, processes, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, performance, and forecasting across the entire customer journey. Key Responsibilities Develop and embed a commercially driven marketing and sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Drive inbound lead generation, strategic targeting, and ROI-focused marketing activities. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, website content, SEO/PPC, and Google Ads performance. Lead the creation of compelling marketing communications and sales support collateral. Manage budgets, affiliate networks, and external suppliers to ensure delivery and profitability. Champion the global brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Coach and develop a skilled, diverse marketing team What You’ll Bring Proven experience in leading marketing and sales strategy within a B2B or tech-focused environment. Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, PPC, content creation, and campaign management. Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable growth. Excellent leadership and team development skills. Experience working across international markets Ability to modernise and streamline marketing operations and reporting.
