About the role
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded SEO Account Manager to act as the bridge between our clients and our in-house SEO specialists.
You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring that briefs, priorities and performance updates flow smoothly between clients and the SEO delivery team. We use Basecamp to keep us all in line.
You won’t need to be hands-on with technical SEO or content production. Your focus will be on coordination, communication and campaign impact.
This is a great role for someone who understands SEO principles, enjoys client interaction and wants to shape strategic programmes without getting buried in day-to-day optimisation.
Key responsibilities
Client relationship management
* Be the primary contact for a portfolio of retained SEO clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
* Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for the SEO delivery team.
* Lead regular update calls, reporting sessions and quarterly reviews.
* Track deliverables, timelines and results against scope and budget.
* Identify growth opportunities and feed into account development plans.
