What You’ll Do:
* Take ownership of our Microsoft hybrid environment (Windows, Azure/Entra, M365, Active Directory)
* Drive meaningful projects that enhance our cyber security position
* Build relationships with colleagues who see you as a strategic partner, not just "IT support"
* Collaborate with vendors
* Implement best practices and continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years in 2nd line support or equivalent (MSP experience welcomed!)
* Microsoft certifications and genuine passion for technology
* Someone who thrives with autonomy and wants to grow beyond reactive firefighting
* Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’ll be valued for your opinion, not just your output
* A keen interest in technology, such as AI and automation
* A customer‑focussed outlook
* An understanding of quality standards and how IT can support these
