ICT Teacher

GSL Education is seeking a confident and adaptable ICT Teacher to join a specialist SEMH secondary school in Lincoln. This part-time position is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging ICT lessons while supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for teaching ICT to KS3 and KS4 students within a small, nurturing setting that supports young people who struggle in mainstream education. Lessons will be delivered in a highly personalised, practical and engaging way to help pupils develop digital skills, confidence and positive attitudes towards learning.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified ICT Teacher (QTS or equivalent), or an experienced Instructor with strong ICT subject knowledge.
* Someone who is comfortable working with challenging behaviour and confident using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies.
* Experience working in an SEMH, alternative provision or similar environment is desirable, but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils.
* Availability to work part-time, Monday to Wednesday, starting in January.
