HR Business Partner
9 Month FTC
Any UK Office Location

We are recruiting a HR Business Partner to provide HR support for group-wide projects in agreement with the Senior HR Business Partner.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, but we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
* At least three years HR Generalist experience
* Understand the objectives and overall strategy of the group and the firm and strive to support these through HR support.
* Attend relevant leadership team meetings with the Senior HR Business Partner and lead on appropriate agenda items.
* Support the delivery of all people calendar activities to support the teams' priorities.
* Support career mapping and suggest leadership development programmes for promotion planning.
* Ensure the timely completion of the annual performance review process and facilitate moderation for consistent ratings.
* Encourage excellence in performance at all levels.
* Coach and influence managers to develop their people.
* Manage core ER cases including sickness, flexible working, performance improvement, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
* Support recruitment efforts with the central Recruitment team.
* Assist with the implementation of the annual staff salary review process.
* Act as the primary contact for trainee matters with the central Early Talent team.
* Work with the Learning and Development team to promote relevant development programmes.
