All About The Role

The role of
People Person
is a full-time role in a new exciting office location based in Central Manchester

Your Primary Role

Deliver all People Administration on time, accurately and in full

* Letters
* Sage HR data management (in line with GDPR)
* Office management
* Co-op Live & Surprise & Delights
* Social media
* Monthly Business Updates
* Community Team

Manage all AAF individual assets and ensure they are accurately assigned to new starters, and all documentation is completed so they can be tracked, and ensure the company is reimbursed for any damaged or lost assets

Manage the AAF office to make sure that it is a space with resources that enables people to individually and collectively do their best work, and is a place that people want to come to everyday, whilst ensuring it is always complaint to the latest Health & Safety legislation

Administer all internal training and external training (EQi, Communication Skills and IT) in line with our annual plan and budget

Support the People Partner on the preparation and follow up of the half year and full year performance review, calibration process, and annual salary/bonus review

Support the People Partner on the delivery of the recruitment process

Support the People Partner on building the AAF Employer Brand
