Hey, Industrial Electrical Engineers! Are you ready to join the Energy Recovery revolution? We’re on a mission to make the world a cleaner place, one facility at a time – and we need your expertise to help us get there.
What will you be doing?
* Delivering technical expertise in electrical design, HV systems, and I&C within industrial and power‑generating environments.
* Supporting project lifecycles: developing specifications, design reviews, and modelling with tools like ETAP/Trimble, and hands‑on commissioning and troubleshooting.
* Driving improvements in operational reliability, compliance, and performance across multiple plants.
* Acting as the go‑to engineer for breakdowns, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
Internally this role is called Technical Plant Engineer – Electrical.
Qualifications
* Background in electrical engineering within process, power, electrical design or heavy industry.
* HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering (degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
* Demonstrated experience in electrical engineering background and project management.
* Experience with industrial instrumentation & control systems.
* Hands‑on approach with excellent problem‑solving skills.
* Experience with electrical design and system modelling software.
* Good understanding of high‑voltage (11 kV) systems; previous HV authorisation is an advantage.
In return, you’ll gain exposure across multiple cutting‑edge energy recovery facilities while developing your expertise in power generation, HV systems, and industrial design.
For this role we would consider a person from an electrical‑design background who may be looking to transition into a more hands‑on engineering role.
