We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide professional support within a busy office environment in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available to start immediately and able to commit to a three-month temporary assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior management
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Handling correspondence, drafting documents, and preparing reports
Organising travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Supporting with general office administration as requiredKey Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a PA or Senior Administrator
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
