I am seeking an experienced Asset Surveyor with experience in planned and capital investment works to join my leading client in the East Midlands on an initial 3 months contract. As a Asset Surveyor, you will be responsible carrying out property inspections and ensuring the provision of excellent service to resident and leaseholder customers. You have the opportunity to go from a 3 month contract with an hourly rate of £40 to a permanent role of £40,000 annually. Successful candidates will have a HNC or HND Surveying qualification or a BSc in Surveying!
