About the Role As a Class Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning Assist pupils with varying abilities, including those with additional needs Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive environment Support assessment and pupil progress where required Roles are available across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. ✅ We’re Looking For: Experience working with primary-aged children (school experience desirable) A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) We welcome applications from experienced TAs and those looking to build a career in education.
