Oracle HCM Transformation Lead - Senior Manager UK Wide (Hybrid)Circa £75,000We are supporting a leading consulting organisation in their search for an experienced Oracle HCM Transformation Lead to drive large-scale HR transformation programmes across a diverse client portfolio.This is a leadership role where you will take ownership of end-to-end HCM workstreams, combining deep functional HR knowledge with strong Oracle Fusion HCM expertise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape, design, and deliver transformation initiatives that modernise HR operating models and technology landscapes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Oracle HCM transformation workstreams across the full project lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutionsDrive solution design across core HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and organisational goalsOversee and guide functional consultants and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely deliverySupport programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at all levelsContribute to business development and pre-sales activities, including solution shaping and proposal developmentRequired ExperienceProven experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or transformations in a consulting environmentStrong functional understanding of HR operating models and processes, including:Core HRRecruitment / Talent AcquisitionTime & LabourWorkforce Management / Resource ManagementDeep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including configuration and solution designDemonstrated ability to lead workstreams and manage cross-functional teams in complex programme environmentsExperience engaging with senior stakeholders and HR leadership teamsConsulting background with exposure to multiple industries and clientsAdditional RequirementsWillingness to travel and work on client sites as requiredEligibility for security clearance (due to client requirements)Modis International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
