As a Reception Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational journey of children aged 4‑5. Your mission: to deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences that support holistic development and lay the foundations for lifelong success.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver exciting, imaginative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
* Foster a safe, supportive, and interactive classroom where confidence and independence can flourish
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, using insights to inform and adapt your teaching
* Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to create a strong, supportive learning community
* Create a nurturing environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued

Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working within an EYFS or Reception classroom
* A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and principles of child development
* Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
* A love for early years teaching and the ability to inspire young learners every day
