The business is heading into an exciting new phase, and this is a pivotal hire, created to strengthen and scale the client services function as the agency grows in both scope and ambition.
Description
This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of client services team, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across a diverse portfolio of projects.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, acting as the bridge between strategic intent and delivery, aligning teams, clients, and commercial outcomes.
* Lead senior client relationships and strategic engagement across key accounts, translating client objectives into clear, high-quality delivery.
* Oversee multi-project execution, ensuring strong cross-team collaboration and consistent standards.
* Drive account growth and commercial performance while supporting new business.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the Client Services team, helping build a scalable, high-performing function
Experience
To be considered for this position, you'll need to have the following experience:
* Extensive experience in a client services/account leadership role within an agency environment
* Experience working with travel, leisure, retail, hospitality, or F&B
* Proven track record in managing senior client relationships and growing accounts
* Strong commercial acumen with budget and revenue responsibility
* Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight
* A natural leader who enjoys developing teams and improving ways of working
* Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Remuneration
* £50-60k depending on experience
* Hybrid working
