SEN Teaching Assistant - Garstang Area
Part-Time | Long-Term | 15 Hours per Week
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming, small semi-rural primary school in the Garstang area is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.
The Role:
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (15 hours/week)
Start: ASAP
Support: 1:1 with a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Location: Garstang, Lancashire
Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - essential
Experience supporting children with ASD is highly desirable
A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents
