Chestnut Court Care Home in New Milton, Hampshire is looking for a CQC Registered Manager to join our team. The home is registered to support 23 people and specialises in the care of those with dementia, physical disabilities and/or end of life care.
Our current CQC rating is 'Good' in all areas.

Main Responsibilities
-To provide leadership of the Care, Facilities and Administration teams of the Care Home.
-To ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are exceeded.
-To maintain the operations of the services at the highest standards possible, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Company.
-Championing the Service and optimising occupancy.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team, acting as an exemplary role model in delivering person centred care.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Handle any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Experience holding CQC Registered Managership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures for a Social Care service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
