Location : North of England Job Type: Full-time Salary : £36000 £500 car allowance Territory: London and South Engand Regional Manager - FMCG Vape Brand About our client : A leading FMCG vape brand, committed to providing premium products and exceptional customer experiences in the ever-evolving vaping industry. As our client continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our team of 5 Brand Ambassadors across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our brand and expand our reach in a fast-growing sector. Role Overview : As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations within your designated region, managing a team of Brand Ambassadors. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness, achieve sales targets, and maximize regional performance. Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Management Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 5 Brand Ambassadors to achieve high levels of performance. Set clear goals and objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback. Organize training sessions and ongoing development for team members to ensure product knowledge and brand alignment. Sales & Performance Management Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with national sales objectives. Monitor performance against KPIs to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to roll out promotional campaigns and increase market share. Brand Representation & Market Penetration Act as the brand ambassador for the company within your region, fostering strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Conduct regular market visits and store checks to assess brand presence and identify areas for improvement. Reporting & Analytics Track sales data, market trends, and competitor activities, and translate these into actionable strategies. Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Compliance & Legal Adherence ⚖️ Ensure all activities follow local laws, industry regulations, and company policies regarding the marketing and sale of vape products. Promote ethical standards and compliance across the team. Key Skills & Qualifications : Experience 5 years in sales, brand management, or FMCG, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Previous experience in the vape industry or FMCG sector preferred. Proven track record of managing and leading a sales team to achieve targets. Skills Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly analytical with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with strategic planning, market analysis, and performance reporting. Education Passion for the vaping industry and a solid understanding of market trends. Ability to travel within the region as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
