Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary + attractive overtime rates

REClifts is looking for a Trainee Lift Engineer to join our client's team in Kent. You'll be responsible for installing and setting out lift and escalator equipment, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
If you're electrically or mechanically qualified but don't yet hold an NVQ Level 3, you may be considered for an Improver position - so please apply!

Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Lift Engineer:
Install lift/escalator equipment, ropes, doors, and frames to approved procedures
Perform site surveys and final checks before testing/commissioning
Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
Follow company safety, quality, and health standards
Attend training and contribute to safety initiatives
Requirements for a Trainee Lift Engineer:
NVQ Level 3 in Lift/Escalator Installation (or working towards it)
Valid CSCS card
Mechanical/electrical background
Strong fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
