Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Salary: In line with the school’s pay scale for Teaching Assistants, Level 3
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Thursday (Term Time Only)

Responsibilities
* Support teachers in providing targeted learning assistance to children.
* Assist with the delivery of learning activities and interventions.
* Encourage and model positive behaviour and resilience in classroom settings.
* Help pupils manage emotions and build friendships.
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure children’s success.
What we’re looking for:
* A kind and enthusiastic individual with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working in an educational setting.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, reflective approach to behaviour management.
* A genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and flourish.
