Overview
We are seeking a vibrant, energetic and experienced Performing Arts Teacher to teach our wonderful and very enthusiastic 4-6yr old classes in dance, singing and drama. The right person will have a warm, fun and approachable personality that can make sure our youngest students enjoy their sessions and can fully express themselves in a safe and caring environment. They will also be able to keep discipline within the classroom and create fun and engaging lessons that fit with the projects we explore each term. Training can be given for someone with the right energy and commitment but experience in teaching this age group would be preferred. We will also need to carry out an enhanced DBS check
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that foster creativity and artistic expression in students.
* Teach various performing arts disciplines, including drama, dance, and music, to early-stage learners.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and showcase performances.
* Organize and participate in school events and performances to promote the arts within the community.
