Sanctuary Lodge - Halstead, Essex CO9 2DW
£12.21 per hour
Shift times: 21:00 to 08:00 (38.5 hours/week). The schedule alternates between 4 on and 4 off shifts.

You'll ensure the delivery of high-quality support programs to clients, families, and the community. We're looking for someone to join our team at Sanctuary Lodge, Halstead, Essex.

Main duties:
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct effective intake, assessment, and discharge interventions.
* Assist with risk management planning and reviews.
* Ensure clients observe programme rules and support investigations into breaches.
* Provide advice, information, and support, including referrals to aftercare services.
* Maintain accurate client records and databases.
* Support client transfers between agencies.
* Assist with medication prompting, audits, and records.
* Work with clients to develop recovery plans.
* Support clients in attending external appointments and accessing transport.
* Assist with practical aspects of daily living (life skills, benefits, housing).
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Ability to undertake lone working safely.
* Effective negotiation and influence skills.
* Ability to develop and review risk management plans.
* Empathy, a non-judgemental attitude, and a calm, caring approach.
* Capacity to handle intensive and pressurised situations.
