Visiting Music Teachers (VMTs) are self-employed, and contracts for lessons are made directly between parents/carers and the VMT.
We look for musicians who uphold Claremont’s values and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where music is accessible for all. VMTs are expected to deliver high-quality, enjoyable lessons that inspire and engage pupils of all abilities across the Junior and Senior School.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience teaching their main instrument to grade 8 and, ideally, a second instrument to grade 5.
