P.N. Daly Ltd have two opening's for a call centre position working on the Severn Trent Water Efficiency Contract. The position is unique in the service it promotes due to the service promoted being completely free of charge to Severn Trent Customers.
This role requires a dynamic, hard working individual who has great organisational skills, a good attention to detail, has some general computer skills including excel. A great telephone manor is also required due to the requirement to take inbound calls as well making outbound calls.
The main character traits required are being dependable, responsible, and collaborative.

The successful applicant must possess good communication and customer service skills, if you are able to work productively on your own and within a team then you are ideal for this role.
The position's are full time 40 hours per week. Working pattern is Monday - Friday. Shift includes a half hour unpaid lunch break.
The position will be made permanent following successful completion of a 6 month probationary review period.
