You will be working in partnership with our Liverpool Branch to build and maintain a candidate pipeline for 3 experienced consultants. This will involve attracting candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. After which, screening candidates, interviewing them, doing background checks will also be a requirement before they are put forward for positions by their Consultant.
