Our client, a multi-award-winning Estate Agency, is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator or an experienced Negotiator ready to progress into a Senior role to join their thriving team in the Diss area.
They’re also happy to consider candidates with strong sales or customer service experience who are keen to kick-start a career in Estate Agency.
Working hours:
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, with time off in lieu
Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
1. Basic salary of up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
2. OTE of up to £35,000
3. Ongoing training & support
4. Mileage paid for
5. Career progression
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
6. Greeting buyers & vendors
7. Registering customers
8. Matching requirements & arranging viewings
9. Calling out new properties
10. Valuation generation
11. Negotiating offers
12. Accompanied viewings
13. Some sales progression when needed
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator:
14. Ideally, at least 12 months of experience in an Estate Agency
15. Proactive
16. Proven track record in sales
17. Hard-working attitude
18. Ambitious
19. Good customer service skills
20. The full UK driving licence and own vehicle
