The Role:
* Support students in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Support students with additional learning needs where required
* Follow school policies and contribute to safeguarding and student wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
