Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to be engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation seeking a QSHE Manager to lead health and safety programs at a major site in Surrey. The role involves overseeing QHSE requirements, ensuring compliance across departments and staff.

Responsibilities:
* Engage with stakeholders to improve safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and site operatives
* Maintain high standards of supplier performance and develop safety management systems based on best practices
* Analyze risks and implement changes to mitigate them
* Ensure contractor compliance with legislation and company guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and membership of a professional body
* Experience in the built environment, preferably in facilities management (Hard FM)
* Ability to influence and liaise with subcontractors to foster safety and compliance culture
* Understanding of ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 standards
* Experience in life sciences/R&D is advantageous
