We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee aresidentialchildrens home in Surrey, supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the solo placement home. Ensure the safety, welfare, and development of the young person in placement. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff. Manage budgets, resources, and rota planning effectively. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and internal policies. Maintain high-quality care standards, promoting positive outcomes for the young person. Implement and oversee therapeutic care approaches within the home. Build and maintain positive relationships with families, local authorities, and external professionals. Lead on placement planning, risk assessments, and care reviews. Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment tailored to individual needs. Requirements: Experience working with children and young people with EBD and complex needs Must hold NVQ Level 5Leadership and Management Excellent knowledge of: Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 Quality Standards Children Act 2010 Proven track record of staff management and leadership. Ability to work under pressure, with excellent decision-making and safeguarding skills.
