We’re recruiting for an experienced IT Administrator on behalf of our client – a forward-thinking business that values excellent IT service delivery and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role within IT support and service management. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring high levels of service to internal users, acting as an escalation point for the support team, and working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to maintain and enhance IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the compliant delivery of IT services across the business.
* Act as a key escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support teams, helping resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
* Monitor supplier performance and contribute to regular service reviews.
* Support key ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
* Participate in the management and communication of major incidents.
* Assist in reporting and analysis using internal toolsets.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication skills and can engage confidently with colleagues at all levels.
* Works well under pressure and can manage multiple tasks independently.
* Is methodical, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
* Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for providing a great user experience.
* Can write clear documentation, knowledge base articles, and service procedures.
* Has a positive, “can-do” approach and is driven to achieve results.
* Understands the importance of customer service in an IT environment.
* Has experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Supportworks) and reporting tools like Power BI (preferred but not essential).
