Role Overview
As a QSHE Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our compliance standards, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Additional Responsibilities
* Participate in community activities, including training sessions, staff briefings, and role-specific instructions.
* Manage contractors according to ‘Control of Contractors’ procedures.
* Support external audits and represent the site in compliance matters.
* Drive operational improvements using Near Miss reporting, CAPA processes, TIPs, and supplier management tools.
* Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS), QSHE procedures, Airfreight Security protocol, and global policies.
Candidate Profile
* Strong knowledge of QSHE standards and compliance practices.
* Experience in training delivery and audits.
* Familiarity with Environmental, Food, Pharma / Healthcare, and Security standards.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proactive with a passion for continuous improvement.
