Student Receptionist
Permanent, 4 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. SCP Point 6 (£25,183.00 per annum), pro-rata salary approximately £2,336.48 per annum.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable individual to act as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents, and students with a professional, helpful, and friendly approach. This role involves working within our student reception on Fridays from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.
The appointed candidate will be the first point of contact for visitor and student enquiries, answering the telephone, and dealing with face-to-face enquiries from students, staff, and parents/carers, ensuring safeguarding and security procedures are followed. A key aspect of this role is acting as the first point of contact for First Aid for students. First aid training will be provided upon successful appointment.
