Production Team Leaders
Location: Chadderton and Lees
Hours: 4 days per week (40 hours total) Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Job Overview:
We’re currently seeking two motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone with proven supervisory experience in a production or factory setting, looking to step into a leadership role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a production line team of approximately 10 operatives
* Operate production machinery and assist with resolving technical issues
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards
* Foster a positive team culture and support individual performance and development

* Confident and approachable leader with team motivation skills
* Strong collaborator with a hands-on approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Able to think on your feet and resolve challenges efficiently
