Proven experience as a panel beater in a bodyshop or accident repair centre Strong knowledge of body repair techniques and tools Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence preferred Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) desirable but not essential if backed by solid experience What will your role look like? Carry out panel repairs to a high standard, including removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels Realign chassis and body frames as required Fill, sand, and prepare panels for painting Work with a variety of vehicles including cars, vans, and light commercials Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards Accurately record work completed and communicate progress to the workshop manager Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations What can you expect in return?
