This full-time role, Monday to Friday, comes with a competitive salary of £26,500 per year. Standard working hours are 07:30–16:30 or 08:30–17:30. As the Business Assurance Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating PDT’s quality management, compliance, and assurance activities. This role ensures that business processes, systems, and services comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The position involves planning and facilitating audits, monitoring quality performance, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), in line with ISO standards and industry regulations. Plan, schedule and support internal and external audits, document findings and ensuring effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
