* Location: Great Yarmouth, England, United Kingdom (hybrid, 3 days on site per week)
* Salary: £40,000 base (location and skills dependent); up to 10 % quarterly bonus; £2 000 performance salary uplift in year one; £1 500 referral scheme.
* Contract: Permanent, Full‑time (Monday‑Friday)
Responsibilities
* Conduct structured telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments.
* Explore how a claimant’s condition impacts their daily living.
* Review and interpret clinical evidence.
* Produce detailed, high‑quality written reports.
* Apply professional judgement in line with regulatory standards.
* Work towards quality and productivity targets.
* Deliver assessments in a respectful, fair and reassuring manner.
Qualifications & Experience
* Recognised qualification as a registered healthcare professional.
* Current NMC or HCPC registration and membership with relevant professional body (where applicable).
* Minimum 12 months post‑qualification clinical experience.
* Eligibility to practise in the United Kingdom.
Attributes

* Ability to interpret complex medical information.
* Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
